Example Itinerary

Thursday - Leave for Premier Inn at half 3, arrive at half 4, settle in and have dinner 

Friday - Leave Premier Inn at 6:20 AM, arrive at Eurotunnel for 6:40 AM at latest, arrive in Coquelles at 9:25 AM (Train at 7:50)

Saturday - Chill day on site, pool and slides, supermarket 

Sunday - Cycle to/visit local town

Monday - Visit Efteling/Duinrell

Tuesday - Waterpark DX or other smaller activity

Wednesday - Visit Amsterdam - drop Eddie around 5:20

Thursday - Chill day prior to departure

Friday - Leave Hof van Saksen at 10:00 AM, option to stay for another swim, arrive in Essen, Germany for around lunchtime, have food and explore, check in to Premier Inn

Saturday - Premier Inn breakfast, leave at 11:15 AM,  arrive at 4:00 PM (Boat at 5:15 PM)

This is just to give an idea of some things that we could do and to give an idea of timings. Any suggestions on things to do etc are much appreciated. 

Food

Thursday - Choice of Nandos, McDonalds, KFC, Burger King, Pizza Hut and Beefeater

Friday - Burger King/Pizza Hut (if stopping in Belgium), Happy Italy/KFC/McDonalds if stopping just after Dutch border, bread and meat for dinner

Saturday - Preston's Signature Dish

Sunday - BBQ

Monday - McDonalds or meal at Efteling 

Tuesday - Fry up/ brunch

Wednesday - Food in Amsterdam, Pizza or otherwise

Thursday - Meal out prior to departure, save washing up etc. Eat all non snack food at Lunch.

Friday - Meal out in Germany

Saturday - Premier Inn breakfast, snacks in car, food when back in UK
